About Our Adult Clinics
Our Adult Tennis program at Action Park offers two clear levels so you can join the right group for your game.
Beginner is perfect for true beginners or players returning after a long break. We focus on fundamentals, consistency, and building confidence.
Intermediate+ is for players roughly 3.0 and above who want focused drills, strategy, and higher-level match play.

What is the weather policy?
We cancel if it is raining. Notifications are sent through our Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp group as early as possible.
What should I wear and bring?
- Sports shoes (tennis or athletic shoes — no sandals or crocs)
- Comfortable athletic clothes
- Water bottle
- Hat and sunscreen recommended for outdoor sessions
Do you provide rackets?
Most adult players bring their own racket. We can provide one if needed — just let the coach know. You can also browse our recommended adult rackets here.
Basic court etiquette
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time
- Listen to the coaches and be respectful of other players
- Stay behind the baseline or in the designated area when not hitting
- Have fun and compete hard
