Refunds & Cancellations

We want every player to get the most out of their time on court. Here's how it works for each program.

Town of Fuquay-Varina programs

Action Park, Hilltop Needmore, South Park, Quay Clash and camps listed through the Town

These programs run on the Town's rules. You register and pay through the Town, and the Town handles all money, including refunds and transfers. Big NC doesn't give credits or refunds for Town programs. For a refund or account question, please contact the Town of Fuquay-Varina Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department or use your Town registration account. For questions about levels, times or what to bring, we're happy to help at admin@bignctennis.com.

Harnett County programs

Clinics you sign up for on the Harnett County Parks & Recreation portal follow Harnett County's rules. Please contact Harnett County Parks & Recreation about refunds.

Private Clinics and Harnett Saturday clinics

We will work with parents to find makeups or accommodations, but it is on them to make the class. If we cancel for weather, we'll let you know by email and on our social channels. If something serious comes up, like an injury, illness or a move, email admin@bignctennis.com and we'll talk it through. Credits and refunds are at Big NC's discretion.

Private lessons

Need to reschedule? Let us know as early as you can and we'll find a new time. No-call no-shows may be subject to a charge.

Mobile Racket stringing

Plans change, and that's okay. Just let us know before your pickup or drop-off time. No-call no-shows may be subject to a charge. If something doesn't feel right with your string job, tell us within 7 days of pickup and we'll take a look. New strings can break from normal play at any time, so string breakage isn't a defect.

Tournaments and leagues

• Junior Circuit and UTR events: you register and pay on UTR Sports. If Big NC cancels an event, registered players are refunded.
• Wake County Flex League: you get a full refund if you withdraw before the league starts. There are no refunds once the session has begun.
• Big NC event nights (like Pumpkins & Paddles): if we cancel, you get a full refund.
