Is my coach a Big NC employee?
How Big NC private lessons work. We pair you with an independent coach who teaches through Big NC. Your coach runs their own coaching business, isn't a Big NC employee, and decides how to run the lesson.
What does Big NC do?
Big NC arranges the booking, sends reminders, and bills you for the lesson.
Where do lessons happen?
You and your coach agree where the lesson happens. Choose a place you're comfortable with that you and your coach are allowed to use. Big NC doesn't own, manage, inspect or guarantee any facility, and doesn't arrange access to it.
Who looks after my child?
A parent or guardian is responsible for a child before, during and after the lesson; Big NC doesn't arrange supervision or drop-off care.
What about injury risk?
Tennis and pickleball can cause injury. See the Private Lesson Agreement for the risk notice and release. Read the Private Lesson Agreement.
