Thanks for stopping by. These terms cover the Big NC Tennis & Pickleball websites and the Player Profile app, run by Big NC Tennis LLC in Holly Springs, North Carolina. By using our sites, you agree to them.

1. Programs and sign-ups. Each program has its own registration and rules:

• Town of Fuquay-Varina and Harnett County programs are registered and paid through those governments.
• Tournaments and leagues are registered on UTR Sports.
• Big NC programs follow our Refunds & Cancellations page and need a signed Participation Waiver.

2. Our info. We work hard to keep times, prices and details right, but things change: weather, courts, Town schedules. The registration page or a confirmation from us is the final word. Our gear and string picks are honest opinions and general info, not medical advice. If something hurts, please see a doctor.

3. Links and partners. Some links go to Amazon and other stores, and we may earn from them. Big NC also gets dealer pricing on Diadem gear. Other websites have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

4. What you send us. When you send us an event, photo, video or message, you're telling us it's yours to share and it's accurate. You're also letting us use it to reply to you and, if you sent it for posting, to publish it. We may edit or decline anything. Please don't send anything unlawful, anything private about someone else, or anything about a child without their parent's OK.

5. Player Profile app. Accounts are for parents, guardians and Big NC coaches only. Keep your sign-in private, and only add info and links you have the right to share. We may pause an account to protect players or the app.

6. Our content. Our words, photos, logos and designs belong to Big NC or the people who let us use them. Sharing links is great. Please ask before copying our content.

7. No promises about the sites. Our sites are provided "as is." We can't promise they'll always be up or error-free.

8. Limits. As far as the law allows, Big NC isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using our sites. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law. Taking part in our programs is covered by our Participation Waiver.

9. North Carolina law. These terms follow North Carolina law. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
